Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee that all fruits delivered are fresh and of the highest quality. If you receive damaged or spoiled items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Eligibility for Refund/Return
- Damaged or spoiled items received
- Incorrect items delivered
- Missing items from your order
Non-Eligible Items
- Perishable items that are not reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Items that have been partially consumed
- Issues due to natural ripening process (e.g., bananas ripening faster)
How to Request a Refund
Please contact our support team at believebazar.store@gmail.com or call us at 01772902738 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged items if applicable.
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be sent to your bKash or Nagad account. For online payments, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that are partially damaged or of lower quality than expected.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
